Our free system-move offer applies to residential systems only and is based on the customer having a satisfactory account history at their previous address and signing a new 36-month monitoring agreement at the new address. The basic system consists of the following:

1 master control panel
1 keypad
3 door/window sensors
1 motion detector
1 interior siren
1 phone jack and cord
1 back-up battery
1 yard sign
2 window decals

Additional system upgrades and accessories are available at standard retail pricing. Work must be scheduled during Monitronics' regular business hours, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. central time.
