How do I find my account number? Your account number is the seven digit number located in the upper-right hand corner of your monthly billing statement. What's an eligible referral? Gift Card Program Conditions: To qualify and receive a $50 Lowes gift card all of the following requirements must be met: (1) The person(s) you refer must purchase and install a Monitronics security system. (2) You must submit your referral information online by completing an electronic form at www.monitronics.com/referral. This promotion is only available online. No phone calls please. (3) Any referral provided verbally without submitting an electronic form online does not qualify for this offer. Any referral given directly to a Monitronics Authorized Dealer does qualify not for this offer. (4) Only new referrals qualify for a gift card.
